Unboxing // Ipsy September 2014

I received my Ipsy Glam Bag for September….Woohoo! This month’s theme was Street Style. I’m not exactly sure what that means, but I got some pretty good products so I’m happy! The bag is different from any that I’ve seen Ipsy put out before so it’s nice to see a change in bag scenery :)

Be A Bombshell Smooth Criminal Powder

To be honest, I didn’t know what this was at first! The primary use is for setting your makeup. But, I read that you can also use it as an eyeshadow base. It provides from a creaseless look while making the colors pop off of the white backdrop. I am definitely going to test this out the next time I wear eyeshadow.

Briogeo Don’t Despair, Repair! Deep Conditioning Mask

Hair masks-yay! I don’t have a huge amount of experience with these but it’s always been something that I’ve wanted to try out more. I’m guessing I can get only two uses out of this sample, but that is only because I have really thick, long hair.

Maybelline Master Glaze Blush Stick

I can’t say I was extremely impressed when I saw this product. Although it is a good size, it is something that I can easily pick up at the drugstore. I received the shade Make a Mauve, which isn’t the most wearable shade either. I think I might try it out on my lips though because it is a nice color for fall.

Nourish Organic Moisturizing Cream Face Cleanser

I love trying out new face cleansers, so I was excited when I saw this one. It has a very subtle scent, which is nice and has a smooth, creamy texture.

Pacifica 7 Free Nail Polish in Red Red Wine

This was probably the product that I was most excited about. It is a beautiful maroon/oxblood color that is perfect for fall.  It is free of a lot of harmful chemicals that are often found in traditional nail polishes, and has a vegan brush. I’ve already worn it twice since I got it!

Which product would you like to try from my Ipsy bag this month?
